Full-Time Firefighter/Paramedic Positions
The Hamilton Township Fire Department conducts two hiring cycles annually, in April and October, for full-time firefighter/paramedic entry-level and lateral positions.
Applications will be accepted during designated application periods, with physical agility testing scheduled following the close of each application window.

Spring Hiring Cycle

Fall Hiring Cycle

Application Requirements
To be considered for employment, all candidates must submit a completed application packet, including:

BCI background check (or proof of request)

Driver's abstract

Applicable certifications
All required documentation must be submitted during the designated application period.
Applicants will be contacted with additional information regarding physical agility testing following the review of their application materials.
Candidates will be ranked based on interview scores and physical agility completion times. All full-time members are compensated in accordance with Local 3344's collective bargaining agreement.
