Room Information

• Maximum Capacity: The maximum occupancy permitted in the Hamilton Township Community Center party room is 70 people using tables/chairs and 102 people using chairs only. This is in accordance with Rule 1301 :7-27, Article 27 of the Ohio Fire Code. 

• Alcohol/Smoking: Not permitted

• Furniture Provided: 14 long rectangular tables, 1 large round table, and 100+ folding chairs

• Kitchen: Full kitchen available for use; may not be used for cooking or meal preparation
   

Booking Information

• How to Apply: Applications must be submitted in person at the Community Center front office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

• Reservations: Dates are first-come, first-serve. A reservation is only confirmed once all paperwork and payment are completed. No dates will be held.

• Room rental is available to Hamilton Township residents only

  • Non-Profit Civic Service Groups -

    • Membership in the group shall have a
      majority from Hamilton Township.
      Fee is $6 per hour

  • Churches and individuals -

    • ​​Limited to Hamilton Township resident and churches
      only.
      • Fee is $25 per hour.
  • Businesses or use for profit -
    • Limited to Hamilton Township resided and
      churches only.
      • Fee is $25 per hour.

Use of the facility is limited to residents of the township to ensure availability for township taxpayers who fund and maintain the facility. ​
